Alfresco Afternoons

Spring forward out of lockdown and pull up a chair on our terrace or balcony, take in that view while savouring the best afternoon tea in the Cotswolds - cocktails and bubbles optional... but recommended!

Serving times

Afternoon tea is now available to book for alfresco dining daily (12 noon - 6pm). All tables are located outside on our terrace or balcony with fabulous valley views with blankets and heaters available (fingers crossed for a spring heat wave!). Sit back, relax and enjoy...

From 17th May when the hotel re-opens we'll be back to our usual serving times...

Afternoon Tea: 12:00pm - 4.30pm (Monday to Saturday)

Sunday Lunch: 12:00pm - 3:00pm

Dinner: 6:00pm - 8.30pm (last food orders)

And yes, all of our food is more than Instagram-worthy.

Trip Advisor

“The dinner was outstanding. My wife had the lamb while I enjoyed beef wellington, both were perfectly prepared and super delicious. Starters were great, as was the cheese and dessert. The dining room is very comfortable and the staff is wonderful. The young chef, Jamie McCallum, has worked in Michelin restaurants and seems to have found a location which allows him to do his own thing, which he does wonderfully. ”
